
Workout is one of my favourite hobbies. I like to exercise because it makes me feel energetic and physically fit most of the time. During free time, I usually go to the gym to run on the trade-mill or lift a considerable size of workout weight in accordiance to my strenght.
This have been an ongoing practice for me since my adulthood. I workout in the morning or in the evening depending on my job schedule. Morning exercise, makes me to start my day feeling happier in comparison to when I do not exercise. Similarly, my evening workout is like a stress buster to me. It makes me feel renewed and ready to go to work the next day without distress. However, I do not workout everyday. I exercie two or three times a week depending on the avaliability of time. I enjoy this hobby, and believe it is helping me to stay healthy and hopefully a longer happy life.
